Max Friends for Party and Friends -----
Adds the possibility to set a maximum amount of friends- Added Velocity support

- The hex color support released with the last update did not work correctly
- Added comments to the config.yml. They will only be seen if the config is newly generated
- Added hex color support
- Fixed problems with purpur spigot
- Added support for the spigot edtion of Party and Friends
- Added support for the reload function of party and friends
- Fixed a language mistake in the default config.yml
- Added reload function (use either /friend or /party from the console to reload PAF and all supported extensions)
- Added support for extension config folder (can be activated in the config of Party and Friends under "Extensions.UseExtensionFolderAsConfigFolder")
