Warning/FYI: Any client side map progress, the revealed bits, is wiped when logging into the server later with this plugin installed.

Yeah, this is unfortunately how some mods behave. But they are not wiped, they are just not shown anymore – the data is still there.

I should mention the plugin should be installed on a fresh server.
