A recreation of Dream's hunter vs speedrunner plugin with configurable options!

After being unable to find a relatively decent manhunt plugin for the latest version of Minecraft, I took the matter into my own hands. Introducing Manhunt, a simple to use Minecraft manhunt plugin for Spigot! The plugin works right out of the box with configurable options and messages.
