This code is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, like bottom of the barrel trash. It legit doesn't even work.

Just use ParosBans' maintenence as we actually DO have 2 commands relating to maintenence

1) There is only 1 command, not 2 as advertised
2) It doesn't even work, the code is so wrong, there's literally broken code that does nothing, and nothing to prevent players from logging in
