gerhart deserves more recognition, ive tried many maintenance plugin but they do not work, this is, hands down, the best one to ever exist. although you could add it so that it kicks players who join (even if they are whitelisted) because some servers are fully private and sometimes need a piece of mind to create, edit, plugins, etc
