Teleport potion (to player or base), flight potion, levitation potion :DVersion 1.0 only offered you the plugin in German. Now, in the 1.1, the default language is English.
You can change the language in the config files. Besides English ("en_US"), you can choose German ("de_DE") or create your own translation by copying an existent language file, renaming and editing it. Makes sure that the "language" value in the config file matches your custom file name.
