In this update:
- fixed the no deletion of consumable item in offhand
- edited the health_rune default configuration
- added the broadcast action
- added the player kill action

- Fixed minor bugs
- Set the delay field to work with ticks and not with seconds (20 ticks = 1 second)
- Added example items
- Edited the "particle:" function adding the location world
- Added the "effect:" function
- Added the "sudo:" function
- Added the "permitted_sudo:" function
- Added shapeless recipes (no item combination, just put every needed item in the crafting table and it will work with all combinations)
- Removed the "glow" field on the item customization
- Added the "flags" list field to the item customization
- Added the "enchantments" list field to the item customization
- Added the "unbreakable" field to the item customization
- Added the "do_not_cancel" field (when a player interacts with a rune item, the interaction gets canceled (like a block that can't be placed or an armor that can't be weared with the right click), if you set this to true, the interaction will not be canceled)
- Added the "model_data" field to set a model_data id
- Added the whole documentation to the runes.yml file
