fixed infinite health bug with diminutive enchanter

outlined the passive ability for each class and fixed major bugs

made a readme.yml file for anyone confused about permissions or abilities,

no longer depends on vault, made /classgui command, gui opens at start, allowed randomclass on join (able to disable in config)

improved descriptions allowing for a easier read.
