Istallation:
- download the plugin
- put it into your plugins folder
- restart your server
- do /plugins to check if the plugin is on the server

Configuration:
you can use the command /macecooldown to configure cooldowns
you can set a lenght of a cooldown for mace by doing
/macecooldown mace <time in seconds>
or for windcharges by
/macecooldown windcharge <time in seconds>

you can also edit it in the config in plugins/macecooldown/config.yml
when you do you need to do /macecooldown reload for it to work
