Mace -----
First ever Mace item plugin for lower version than 1.21, and higher than 1.12.Added configuration for Mace's base damage.
Now works with Minecraft 1.14 and newer.
This plugin adds the Mace to the lower versions of the game, as the Mace is for version 1.21 by the time I am writing this. The Mace's recipe is configurable now.
