Fixed an issue where automatic inventory clear wouldn't work.

Added reload command for /restoreinventory (/restoreinventory reload).
Added ability to store your inventory by name, ex. /saveinventory wood; (permission: saveinventory.save.multiple);
Added an option to preview the stored inventory /saveinventory or /restoreinventory preview [storage-id].
Added a command to clear your saved inventory /saveinventory clear [storage-id]. (permission: saveinventory.command.clear)
