Fixed the permission issue allowing all items to be craftable.

Added extra options for configuration.
You can now set the blocked items to Whitelist or Blacklist mode.
If set to Whitelist - only items in the list will be allowed to craft and vise-versa.
Added a permission to completely block all crafting:
m0craftblocker.*.deny
