Messages translation added!

I add an option to allow the admin to block the luckyblock break with an a explosion.
So, to be optional, i decided to add it to the config.yml file!
And then, i add /luckyblocks reload command to reload the config!

Now, there is a new option, structure loading!
In the config, the x, y, and z values will be added to the player x,y,z.
PSD: we change the folder structure for more and cleaner customization. Delete the plugin folder and reload the server. That is all.
Special events were deleted. In the next updates maybe we will go to add again.

ADDED SPECIAL EVENTS!
For the moment, we only have 1 special event, but we will go adding it.
The special event is anvil rain, which makes a tower of anvils falls in our head.
If you want to add it, LET IT EXACTLY DEFAULT, else, a gigant error will appear in the console.
Else, simply delete it.

One error in the plugin configuration (plugin.yml)

In this update in the items.json file, there is a new option! Entity summon!
You can select multiple entities and multiple amounts!
Now you can combos like: 2 whiters and 2 wither_skeletons.
You will find the 1.16 ids and put it.

The version was outdated in the plugin.yml
