I had to move some of the GUI elements, to fix a bug that occured when you opened a GUI with 3 or more homes

This basically overhauls all of the plugin's features, adding a LANG, file more config options, better operator abillities and a bunch more stuff

Added new Config Line: op-instant-tp
Allows operators to insta-tp to homes regardless of the normal instant-tp setting

NOTE: In the near future I will probably rework the plugin, to be more flexible and generally just more efficient. This rework will most likely get rid of the "OLD syntax" I mentioned in the plugin description. Home data should not be efected and reworked versions of the pkugin should work with older home data

As Nielsio pointed out in the thread, there was a bug in my GUI system which locked your inventory due to a bug. It should be fixed now.
