It's a good plugin, but having a polite support team is important too.
I asked a question in the nicest way possible. I even said that if they could not help me, it was okay since I wasn't sure if my issues were related with this plugin.
But one thing is telling a user that those issues are not related with this plugin, and a very different thing is telling someone: "I don't want to deal with that" because... Just because. No explanations given whatsoever.
The funny thing is that my problem was, indeed, related with this plugin. I figured that updating the database solved my issues.

It's a shame that after using this plugin for so many years, my first contact with the support team ended like this, so I won't give it more than 2 stars. Sorry, not sorry ;)
