Reviewed my old code, found that it had some bad practices with my usage of static, so just fixed that

Complete rewrite, might need to reset configs manually

Fixed a default value in the config.

+ Cleaned up the classes.
+ Added default values if not set in config.

- Removed placeholder for toggle boolean, simplified it.

Reset for config is needed!

Less iterations on commands.

Utilizing a hashset instead of a ArrayList for faster add, remove, contain operations.
