A lightweight, simple rank command plugin that shorten the group command of LuckPerms.

/rank reload: lprankcommand.reload
Receiving staff-only messages: lprankcommand.notifytostaff
Receiving title messages: lprankcommand.notifyviatitle
Receiving actionbar messages: lprankcommand.notifyviaactionbar
