Update Notifications:
Now, you will get notified once there's an update. If you are an old user and would like to disable the notifications, you'll have to copy the settings section into your config (which is in the resource configurations section). if you are a new user, however, you can disable them right through the config.yml.

Added an option to play sounds. (succeed-sound, denied-sound, locked-sound). all of them are optional.
Error detections methods:
Added a few checks for our friendly configurator users. (If the world does not exist, it'll notify you in the console. If the sound does not exist, it'll notify you in the console too).
