Whether its to counter raids or unexpected server maintenance, there may be a number of reasons why you might need to immediately limit the number of players on your server without shutting it down completely.

Commands:
/lockdown enable
/lockdown disable

Permissions:
lockdown.admin
lockdown.bypass

Grant the admin node for those you wish to give access to lock down the server, and the bypass node for those you want exempt from being kicked out when it happens.
