What it does
GoldenApplePenalty will penalise users for using a golden apple by making them defeat a tough boss to attain the Golden Apple's buff. This can improve PvP by making it so Golden Apples are less spammed and are more of a commodity.

Disclaimer: Anyone can attain the buffs from the boss, depending on who kills the boss.
