Config
- Grant the "lobbyflyplugin.fly" permission to the players who can manage flight.
- Use `/fly` to toggle flight mode.

- "join-tp-spawn" - Whether to teleport the player to the spawn point when they log in.
- "horizon-limit" - Whether to prevent players from flying outside the lobby area.
- "back-from-void" - Whether to teleport the player back to the spawn point if they fall into the void.
