This update contains lot of changes.

1. Added MySQL support, in order to sync values in your lobbies!
2. Added per player blocks placed counter
3. Added two placeholders that outputs your placed blocks:
%lobbyblocks_placedblocks% (Outputs whole number)
%lobbyblocks_placedblocks_fixed% (Outputs fixed number - like 1.7k)
4. New section in the config.yml.
