Added:
- Config value that allows you to list blocks that are interactable in the lobby.
- Config value that allows you to specify time behavior in the lobby (not affected, frozen or synchronized with main world.)

Changes:
- Plugin no longer attempts to load if the default world is invalid.
- The command doesn't break if requires permission has an invalid value.
