Good plugin, the only flaw is that:
If a player is vanished he can still be reported

Ottimo plugin, sarebbe perfetto se aggiungesse un modo per "conservare i report" in modo che quando uno staffer è offline comunque può leggere i report quando torna online e in caso eliminarli o controllare il player reportato.

Also I think you need to add an command for config reload.
