The cooldowns for /booster command are now set into a specific file ( boosters.yml )
Bug fix with /link and /unlink commands who displayed error sometimes when player tryed to link/ unlink his account.

Adding spigotmc project link into the update checker and into the discords embeds
Patch error where i changed the spelling of word "length" into the configuration but not in the code, so thats caused a lot of errors
