New config options:

The old version had the MySQLite named users.db, which did not make sense, because it does not handle user data. Nothing needs to be changed on the user end, the file name will be changed automatically when the plugin is started, if MySQLite is used to store data.

There was an error where when using SQLite, blocks in the world would not be saved, and the console would be spammed.

Commands were also added, along with permissions:

- /lc reload (Permission = limitedcreative.cmd.reload)
This will reload the config settings and messages.yml, not database.yml.
- /lc enable [player] (Permission = limitedcreative.cmd.change.others.mode)
- /lc disable [player] (Permission = limitedcreative.cmd.change.others.mode)

Fixed Bstats not being added

Bstats was added to track plugin statistics

The block break message was not only being sent when a banned block was broken.

Also, the default whitelisted command in the config.yml was changed from

- "/limitedcreative enable:true"
to
- "/limitedcreative disable:true"
