It would be cool if you could also be teleported through blocks with the elevator system

I really like the plugin's functions, but I have 3 suggestions that would improve it.

1. If a block is placed between the teleporters, it no longer works, why is that, I think that is very important.

2. A new permission that does not have access to the GUI, but only to place and use teleporters.

3. More editable options to disable/enable messages, particles. Change the title.
