Added a support for Plan
and fixed an issue with the saving!

Now it checks whether a player has already 0 hearts so that no errors occur when the player isn't kicked fast enough.

Also you now can use the commands for offline players.

So I removed the items because they actually shouldn't be in that plugin. If you want such items use for example Oraxen or Additions+!

I updated the commands. Now you can choose between MySQL and a file storage.
Also make sure to remove the old config!
