You can use the config to toggle elytras.
While elytras are off you can't use elytras at all.

You can also use the config to specify the maximum hearts allowed for 1 player. when a player kills a player if the player already has maximum hearts, they will not get a heart.

You can also use the config to choose whether a player with no health should get banned forever or for a week in the config file.

You can use /withdraw <amount of hearts>
which will withdraw your hearts into items that you can give your friends to share your hearts with them. 1 item equals to 1 heart.

There is also a command for admins that gives hearts to players.
/giveHearts <player> <amount>
The permission for this command is called giveHearts which is granted automatically to players that have op.
