A lifesteal Skript that whenever you hit a mob/player you will Regen, I've seen some lifesteal Skript out there but it's whenever you die you lose health but this is different from the others!

this is what I used in my server I made by myself took me 2 full hours fixing errors and customizing the values to work it what I want you can also customize the value if you want IF you know what your doing to avoid errors
