• Exile - Player will be exiled from server for given amount of time or for ever
• Command - Commands will be executed by

• Money - Money will be taken from player account

Now you can buy lives using your server economy and command /buylife. Permission to command is "playerlives.buylife". You can set cost of life in config.yml.
