Now supports the minecraft version 1.21

The nether border and the end border are now centered at the first entry point.

The border fits not exact one block at the beginning and increases with covering the block at the border at half

This update fixes an error, that blocks the border from updating

With the newest update, mobs will now spawn outside the world border!
