INSTALLATION
- Block players from sending you letters
- Unblock previously blocked players
- View your complete block list with /letter blocklist
- Blocked players receive generic error message
- Block list saved in blocked.yml file
- Admin bypass permission: letters.bypass.block
- Send letters to specific mailboxes by name
- Send to unassigned/global mailbox with "global" keyword
- Auto-assign letters to first personal mailbox if no mailbox specified
- Better error messages when mailbox not found

- Stop your server
- Replace old Letters.jar with new version
- Start server
