Perfect plugin for leaping boots! (used for kits, etc!)

FIRST Update - added /reload - /dev - configurable prefixes, new message style & more

If you previously downloaded this, and your config does not change when installing this this is the new config.

Additions:

Configurable prefix, messages will now show when you will be off cooldown half way through. New message styles, new commands (/reload + /dev), Made it so you can use leap boots with any enchantment on it. etc. Enjoy the update!
