New features for customizing the messages being sent to discord, and added in PlaceholderApi support!

Hello all, I've added in the ability to change the below status of the discord bot. As well as fixing a few minor bugs when shutting of the server.

You can now sync chat and discord messages together

Using mfnalex's update checker, I have added a update checker for all the users of this plugin. Also improved code of bot alittle.
