- Added /launchpad command. This allows you to set a command for each launchpad that is executed whenever the player uses it.
- Added /launchpad permission. This allows you to set the permission that players need to use the launchpad or for the launchpad's command to be executed.

- You can now hover over a launchpad in /launchpad list to view more info about it.

- Changed the /launchpad command's description from "Create and remove launchpads." to "Manage launchpads.".

- You can now have different values for power and settings for each launchpad!

- Use /launchpad power to change the power of a launchpad (Permission: launchpads.power)
- Use /launchpad settings to change the settings of a launchpad (Permission: launchpads.settings)

- If you don't have permission to do any launchpad command, /launchpad [x] will give you a permission error.
- Changed how the syntax of some commands is displayed in the help menu.
