Added French and Spanish Languages for Messages
  1. I've removed the config.yml as it wasn't needed
  2. I've added a language option in mobs.yml
  • Current values allowed are English, French and Spanish
  • These languages are only for the messages sent to the player for completing a command or killing a mob
