FEATURES:

COMMANDS:
- /laststart - Show a help message with the list of commands.
- /laststart reload - Reload LastStart's config.
- /laststarted - Get the date and time of when the server started.
- /servertime - Get server date, time, and timezone information.
PERMISSIONS:
- laststart.command: Permission to do /laststart (not including reload)
- laststart.reload: Permission to do /laststart reload.
- laststart.laststarted: Permission to do /laststarted.
- laststart.servertime: Permission to do /servertime.
CONFIG NOTES:
- If you want to change the time or date format, follow Java StandardDateFormat formatting.
