- Add configurable option " disable-normal-raids" to disable normal raids regardless of triggering mechanism. (See the configuration guide here)
- Plugin can now still function if database file is deleted, moved out of data folder by accident. New database file will be created upon reload/restart. Restored database file will also take effect upon server reload/restart.
