Fixed /knockback level1 and /knockback level2 commands.

Added an option to disable netherite resistance

Re-install the config.yml file to get a "enableNetheriteKnockbackResistance" option
Commands:

• /knockback netherite 1 (Enables netherite resistance)
• /knockback netherite 0 (Disables netherite resistance)

Permission: 'knockbacklite.netherite

Added a plugin reload command

Commands:

• /knockbacklite reload (Reloads the config.yml file)

Permission: 'knockbacklite.reload'

Added default values to the config.yml file

The plugin will now work for Java 8+ versions.
(It is still recommended to use 1.19 for the best experience)

Added commands to make changing kb values more accesible
