Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Added outposts. It's not 100% done, but it's usable.
- PvP checks are ignored in disabled worlds.
- Fixed errors when the bossbar configs don't use all the options.
- Fixed complex placeholders not being replaced.
- Fixed /k broadcast new lines.
- Fixed kingdom and nation command tab completions.
- Admin mode now works for nation zones.
- API improvements.
- Performance improvements for the time formatter.
