This is a plugin that makes players drop a specific item when killed by another player based on the killers killstreak tier.

Commands:
/ksd tier <X> - Set the drop to get after reaching X kills.

Permissions:
ksd.drops - allow the player to get killstreak drops.
ksd.admin - allow the player to use the admin command.
