This skript gives the ability to gain more damage as you gather kills, to install it you need to go to "plugin->skript->scripts" and place it there.

Additionally if you want to, you can modify some values.
commands:
/kpadd
Adds 100000000000 to the kill points
/kpremove
Removes 100000000000 to the kill points
/kp show
Shows the kill points
/kp help
tells something about the skript
/kpadd10
adds 10 points
/kpadd01
adds 1 point
/kpremove01
removes 1 point
/kpremove10
removes 10 points
/kptake <number> <name of player>
it will take away kp's from that player
/kpgive <number> <name of player>
gives the given number to the player
