Are you scared to use many public plugins just because they can harm your server? Want to monitor and/or restrict Internet activity, file access and other stuff for certain plugins? That's all exactly what Keiko comes for.

Keiko is not a traditional plugin. Do not try to put it in your "plugns" folder — this is not going to work.

Keiko is a server security management tool that allows you to monitor and restrict what your plugins do and inspects plugins' bytecode to detect potential malware (including "Force-OPs") before your server is damaged.
With Keiko, you can finally stop worrying about a recently downloaded proprietary minigame plugin stealing your database or destroying your whole server. Keiko is fully configurable and can be adjusted to limit plugins' activity just to what they are meant to do. For example, you can limit network connectivity, restrict files access, prevent fishy C++ code linkage, and even more. Keiko can also detect suspicious plugins' activity at run-time, and sometimes even remediate the damage they've done.
Also Keiko is completely free and open source!

Please note that along with Keiko you also have to do your best to protect the server. The biggest security hole is always sitting opposite to the monitor. With that in mind, you:
- should never install and/or use leaked/cracked plugins;
- should only trust plugins with at least some reputation — do not just download and/or install random obfuscated plugins which were released "just yesterday";
- should always update all software and drivers (especially your operating system);
- should take care of what's behind your Minecraft server — Keiko cannot protect you from malware in standalone applications!
