We have confirmed 1.17.x & 1.18.x to be fully tested and working.

Updates:

• Cleaned up code and switched to new saving system
• No longer creates a config
• Added permission node "keephunger.restorehunger"

Updated to use file based tracking instead of Hashmap due to possible exploit with restarts/crashes.
