- Added the ability to add a refresh group to all containers within a world
- Added the ability to add a refresh group to all containers with the same loot table / of the same type (per-world)

Please note: Containers can only use one refresh group, loot table refresh groups overwrite the world refresh group and manually set refresh groups using a command will overwrite world and loot table refresh groups.
