Just Another Essentials

Im new to spigot plugin coding so:
I dont recommend using this on Public servers yet!

Just Another Essentials will be a EssentialsX Clone but with less useless
features but more Useful stuff

Current Commands:
/gmc - Sets Gamemode to Creative
/gms - Sets Gamemode to Survial
/spec - Sets you in Spectator mode
/heal - heals you or another player

Permissions:
jae.gmc - /gmc
jae.gms - /gms
jae.spec - /spec
jae.heal - /heal <player>
jae.admin - For all admin commands in the future: /jae reload
