Usage:
Place a chest over a Jukebox and put your music discs in it, place a button on the jukebox or connect to redstone, redstone activation will randomly select a disc in the chest above. Jukeboxes with chests above will play if they were off when a player enters their chunk, they will also loop forever randomly selecting from the chest.
