you can get the Juju by using /givejuju or by killing endermans (can set the chances enderman drop juju in the config)

if you not have infinity on yours Juju you will have to get arrows to shout the Juju!! (you can hold the Juju and use /infinity)

you can get jujuNon armor by using /jujunon
any armor piece give you more damage

if you are not op you can summon wither with have 10% to transform to necron (or using /summonnecron)

when you kill necron you have 25%(can be chance in config) do drop the Juju Non armor!!
