Simple plugin to stop non-op players from breaking/placing/interacting

A very simple plugin that prevents players without the jotblockstop.bypass permission (or op) from breaking/placing any blocks, and interacting with any existing block (doors, trapdoors, etc)
Thats it. No config, no commands. Just the plugin and the bypass permission.
